IMPORTANT NOTATION TO BE AGREED BY ALL PARTIES

A lot of people misconstrue that project management mainly deals with a person on the construction site walking around 24/7. However as you can see from the above mentioned list, most of the very important work goes on unseen and involves keeping paper trails present and up to date and analysis of each and every stage.

For this to work Absolute Asia Pacific must have the full support of all members of the employers team in general, everyone can talk to everyone else, but the Project Manager must know about all communications via minutes of a meeting or emails from the team members, reporting the interaction.

The Project Manager must be thoroughly informed of every aspect of the project, as the Project Manager is responsible for its ultimate completion. Therefore, no decisions can be made without the Project Manager's approval.

The Project Manager is the point person for the project and questions and concerns should be directed to the Project Manager. All emails, reports and minutes must be read and replied to either with comments or just with confirmation of receipt.
